I came into coaching after 25 years in financial services, including 18 years of owning and leading an award winning financial services business in Melbourne Australia. As well as financial qualifications I hold an MBA and Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to the standards and ethics of the ICF. Coaching is the bridge between the spark of an idea and the steady rhythm of execution. I partner with present and future leaders and entrepreneurs to cut through the noise, focus on what really matters, and build strategies that work in real life, not just on paper. My style is direct, supportive, and future-focused, blending my MBA, ICF-aligned training, and frameworks from psychology and strategy.
