Hullo! I bring over 25 years experience as a business and brand consultant, having held senior and leadership roles at blue-chip agencies including Sapient, Landor and Interbrand. I apply strategic thinking in a cross-functional way, working across domains, from business and brand to customer experience and culture. I don't specialise in a particular sector or market—because I believe sharp strategic thinking thrives on diverse experiences that help you navigate any kind of challenge. I'm passionate about using an innovator's mindset and approach in my work. The pace of change in the world demands strategies that are futureproofed, adaptive and anti-fragile. I've developed my own strategy methodology based on this outlook that helps my clients think bigger and bolder, and execute more decisively. It involves considering future scenarios, contending with uncertainty and working within the parameters of probables and possibles. My approach is less about expertise and knowing the answers and more about discovery and asking the right questions.
